Herbal remedies for eczemaCalendulaOne of my favorite herbs! It is very gentle and soothing for all skin types, especially sensitive skin. The flower is often infused into an oil, salve, or soap (in my case) to speed the healing of rashes. Calendula is antiseptic, cleansing, & detoxifying for the skin. Infuse the flower for at least two weeks in healing oils such as olive, sunflower, or avocado oil. Calendula oil for eczema is particularly effective, offering natural relief and promoting skin health. CalendulaOne of my favorite herbs! You can make a really easy avocado face mask with avocado, lemon juice, green clay, jojoba oil, & aloe. This mask is very moisturizing and will have your skin glowing. It’s like letting your facial skin eat guacamole, as it absorbs all of the yummy is the good kind of fat, which is healthy & moisturizing for your skin. It’s super soft texture makes this mask easy to blend. Cut about 1/4 of the avocado if only making this mask for one person. Avocado should be used fresh.
