If this happens, you can refrigerate the butter to get it back to a solid, usable state. If the butter has melted it will lose the 'air' that made it full and fluffy when whipped, however it is still completely safe and effective to use. This is not the typical artificial lavendar. This is that real real lavendar. Best soap to use after a stressful day or just because you want something good smelling.
