From the first wash Activated Charcoal will keep you coming back for more. The first time I found out about charcoal powder was when I got food poisoning. As an herbalist my first instinct is to search out my symptoms and find herbs to help. Activated charcoal is extremely effective in removing toxins internally, and I later learned externally as well.

Activated charcoal, has so many great purifying benefits, making it the perfect ingredient to use in soap. Many soap makers are no strangers to using activated charcoal in their soap, as it's reputation is on the rise. Our soap is made with Coconut oil, Palm oil, Shea butter, Sodium hydroxide , Distilled water, Peppermint oil, & Activated charcoal. Simple ingredients working together to enhance your skincare.

Coconut oil

Coconut oil has anti-viral, anti-aging, & moisturizing benefits. It has been proven overtime to help skin problems like acne, eczema, & psoriasis. It contains vitamin E, which helps protect skin cells & vital fatty acids that kill candida. Coconut oil also has detoxing properties that naturally cleanse the pores without clogging them.

Palm Oil

Palm Oil is loaded with vitamin E, which helps to repair skin cell damage.  It helps to create a great lather in the soap, & gives it a creamy moisturizing feel.

Shea Butter

Shea Butter is extracted from the nut of African Shea tree. It is often used externally to nourish and moisturize the skin. Shea butter within itself contains natural moisturizers with skin healing properties. Added to the soap it produces a hydrating lather with nutrients essential for the skin.

Activated Charcoal

Activated charcoal is most notable for it's ability to absorb toxins & impurities from your body. It's deep cleansing action unclogs pores, and aids with acne, eczema, psoriasis, & creating an even tone with the skin. Activated Charcoal is great for constant use in your cleaning regimen because it doesn't have any bad side effects with long term use.

Peppermint Oil

Peppermint's reputation as an all around good herb is well known. The minty aroma opens your senses, heightening your mental awareness. Peppermint oil increases blood flow & contains omega 3 fatty acids, calcium, magnesium, & vitamins A & C. Overall peppermint will leave you feeling so refreshed and lighter!

Activated Charcoal is our bestseller, it is so hard to resist once you start using it. The deep cleansing action of activated charcoal combines with refreshing peppermint essential oil. It is a great detox soap that leaves your energy feeling rejuvenated day after day.

Although everyone's skin is different, activated charcoal soap has been shown to help alleviate skin problems like acne & eczema. Our bars are sturdy, lathering, & they don't make your skin feel like it's all dried out afterwards. It's no coincidence this is everyone's favorite soap, it embodies Herb'N Eden's value on wholeness. Detox is constantly needed, & activated charcoal paired with peppermint makes it a powerful cleanser for the skin.

The use of activated charcoal on the skin and other parts of the body is no new invention. In fact, it has been noted that charcoal has been used as Are charcoal facial masks worth the costa beauty product for at least 10,000 years.
