If the butter has melted it will lose the 'air' that made it full and fluffy when whipped, however it is still completely safe and effective to use. I love the body butter itself, and I love this scent in the body oil. But this has too much of a “food” smell to me. I prefer the Citrus Hemp or the Lemongrass Patchouli. I will still use this because the body butter is so nice on my skin.

Orange patchouli clove body butter

Never received it. Customer service did not respond to my last email. I sent a photo of the packing slip & the body oil I received. Still waiting for further instructions. I can't recommend it until I try it.
